TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to INKEHLLAH. By booking an appointment, paying a deposit, attending a consultation, purchasing services, or receiving a tattoo from INKEHLLAH, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
1. AGE REQUIREMENT
All clients must be 18 years of age or older.
Valid government-issued photo identification may be requested before any tattoo procedure.
INKEHLLAH reserves the right to refuse service where valid identification cannot be provided.
2. DEPOSITS
A deposit is required to secure all appointments.
Deposits are:

Non-refundable

Non-transferable to another person
-
Deducted from the final tattoo price
Deposits compensate the artist for time spent preparing, designing, and reserving appointment time.
3. RESCHEDULING
Appointments may be rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours' notice.
One complimentary reschedule may be offered at the discretion of INKEHLLAH.
Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in loss of the deposit.
4. CANCELLATIONS
Client cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
INKEHLLAH reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to illness, emergencies, equipment issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
Any deposits affected by artist cancellations will be transferred to a new appointment date.
5. NO-SHOW POLICY
Failure to attend an appointment without prior notice will result in the loss of the deposit.
Future bookings may require payment in full in advance.
6. LATE ARRIVALS
Clients are expected to arrive on time.
Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in:

Appointment shortening
-
Appointment rescheduling
-
Loss of deposit
The decision will be made based on the remaining appointment time and schedule availability.
7. HEALTH AND SAFETY
Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, medications, pregnancy, breastfeeding status, or other relevant health information before tattooing.
INKEHLLAH reserves the right to refuse or postpone services where tattooing may pose a risk to the client’s health or safety.
Providing false or incomplete information may result in refusal of service.
8. INTOXICATION
Tattoo services will not be provided to any person who appears to be under the influence of alcohol, recreational drugs, or any substance that may impair judgement or increase health risks.
Deposits may be forfeited in these circumstances.
9. DESIGN APPROVAL
Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all designs before tattooing begins.
Minor adjustments may be possible before the appointment.
Significant design changes requested on the day of the appointment may require rescheduling and may incur additional charges.
Once the tattoo has begun, design approval is considered final.
10. PRICING
Tattoo pricing is based on factors including:

Size

Placement
-
Complexity
-
Detail
-
Session length
Quotes provided before appointments are estimates and may be adjusted if the scope of work changes.
11. TOUCH-UPS
Touch-ups are offered at the discretion of INKEHLLAH.
Touch-ups may not be provided where poor healing has resulted from failure to follow aftercare instructions.
Touch-up eligibility and pricing will be assessed individually.
12. AFTERCARE RESPONSIBILITY
Clients are responsible for following all aftercare instructions provided by INKEHLLAH.
INKEHLLAH cannot guarantee healed results where aftercare instructions have not been followed.
Healing outcomes vary between individuals.
13. PHOTOGRAPHY AND PORTFOLIO USE
INKEHLLAH may request permission to photograph or film completed tattoos for portfolio, website, social media, educational, and marketing purposes.
Clients may decline photography or withdraw consent before content is published.
14. RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
INKEHLLAH reserves the right to refuse service for any lawful reason, including but not limited to:

Health and safety concerns

Inappropriate behaviour
-
Harassment or abuse
-
Intoxication
-
Failure to provide required information
-
Requests that violate legal, ethical, or professional standards
15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
While every effort is made to provide safe and professional tattoo services, tattooing carries inherent risks, including but not limited to:

Infection
-
Allergic reactions
-
Scarring
-
Variations in healing
-
Colour loss or fading
By proceeding with tattoo services, clients acknowledge and accept these risks.
16. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
INKEHLLAH reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time.
